Explanation: We offer our client's flat fees based on the square footage of their homes and the amount of staging that needs to be done. Some clients can get by with our 2-hour walk and talk while others need someone to psycally assist them with packing, moving and preparing the home for sale. At Dramatix Decor, we address everything...from painting cabinets and changing light fixtures and dated ceiling fans to how to stage those extra rooms in our house that we are using for a craft room or a study.
